This article outlines the steps you need to take to reset your password for your email account on domains hosting account.
Step 1: Logging into the Cpanel
Login to the cpanel dashboard using your website address followed by /cpanel. For example, testwebsite.com/cpanel. Enter your username and password provided by NIMBLER to login.
Step 2: Viewing current mailboxes
When logged in, you will be presented with all the available Cpanel option, scroll down to the "Email" section and select the option "Email Accounts". This option will take you to the page with an overview of all your email accounts.
Step 3: Changing the password for your email account
After selecting the "Email Accounts" tab, you will be taken to a list of current mailboxes. To manage the account and change the password, select the "MANAGE" button next to the mailbox you would like to chnage the password for.
Step 4: Changing the Password
To update the password for your mailbox, you will be required to add a new password into the "PASSWORD" field. Once you have added your new password, select the "UPDATE EMAIL DETAILS" button at the bottom of the page.
Step 5: Your password has been updated
Once you select the "UPDATE EMAIL SETTINGS" option your mailbox password will be updated. Please remember to add your new password to your email client when you are requested to do so.
