This article outlines the steps needed to create a new mailbox on your Xneelo hosting account.
Step 1: Logging into the dashboard
Login to the hosting dashboard using the link: https://login.konsoleh.co.za. Enter your username and password provided by NIMBLER to login.
Step 2: Viewing current mailboxes
Browse the dashboard menu of the left of the page and select the "Mail Option". This will open a dropdown of options, you then select the "Manage Accounts" option.
Step 3: Adding the new mailbox
After selecting the "Manage Accounts" tab, you will be taken to a list of current mailboxes. To adda new mailbox, select the "Add Mailbox" button on the top right of the page.
Step 4: Adding the mailbox details
You now need to complete the details for your mailbox. You will be required to enter the name for the mailbox, the password to use, and then to verify the password by entering it again. If you would like to forward the mails that go to that specific emai address, you can add the emails to forward to. Once you have completed the entries, save the mailbox by clicking the "ADD" button on the top right.
Step 5: The details for your email account
Once your mailbox has been saved you will receive the details for the mailbox. Please make sure you save these details on a safe place. They are used to set up your mailbox on your mail client (Outlook etc.)
