This article outlines the steps needed to change your email account password on your Hetzner Hosting Account.
Step 1: Logging into the dashboard
Login to the hosting dashboard using the link: https://login.konsoleh.co.za. Enter your username and password provided by NIMBLER to login.
Step 2: Viewing current mailboxes
Browse the dashboard menu of the left of the page and select the "Mail Option". This will open a dropdown of options, you then select the "Manage Accounts" option.
Step 3: Updating the Mailbox Password
After selecting the "Manage Accounts" tab, you will be taken to a list of current mailboxes. To manage the mailbox and update the password, select the "EDIT" button next to the email address you would like to update the password for.
Step 4: Updating the Password
When you edit the mailbox, you will need to enter your new password into the "PASSWORD" field and then add it again in the "VERIFY PASSWORD" field. Once you have added your password, select the "UPDATE" button on the top right of the page to save the new password.
Step 5: The details for your email account
Once your mailbox has been saved you will receive the details for the mailbox. Please make sure you save these details on a safe place. They are used to set up your mailbox on your mail client (Outlook etc.)
